Position Description:
As a Digital Product Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic vision and roadmap for our clients’ digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of digital solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of technological strategies, policies, and plans to enhance client’s digital products and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analysing, identifying and recommending suitable ICT resources, including software and hardware, to support the growth and optimisation of clients’ digital products.
- Support the management of ICT operations, ensuring smooth running of systems and applications related to clients’ digital products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop, review, and adjust programs, projects, and services related to digital product development and implementation.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist in resolving problems concerning programs, projects, and services provided, ensuring client satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the technological goals of clients’ digital products are met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to maximise the value of clients’ digital products.
- Assist in budget and operational processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor work progress and performance of digital products, providing regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in a product coordination or similar role, with a focus on digital products and technologies in the retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of digital product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in gathering and analysing data to inform product development decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of common product management, wire-framing, testing and analytics tools (Jira, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with direct to consumer digital products in FMCG or retail.
- Experience with CRMs (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho).
